Storytime Cellars are handcrafted using minimal intervention winemaking techniques. Pinot Noir Rose 2019 has notes of raspberries, flowers, and melon. It is a lovely, delicately fruity wine that pairs well with fresh goat cheese salad or crab salad shared at home or at your favorite beach or picnic spot.
Grapes harvested from Vinehill Vineyard, Georgetown, California in October, 2019. Allowed to soak on the skins for 24 hours, this pinot noir rose extracted just the right amount of color making it an intensely colored rose. Bright acidity with soft, subtle aromas of crabapple, watermelon, raspberries and strawberries, pair with wine with fresh goat cheese salad.
